This blog is about the blog features and the other features Akshar Amrit provides for its experts. A quick summary of our features :-

1. Akshar Amrit Community - A dedicated and closed online community for experts. Here you can interact with a select community of experts. These experts are a select group of interdisciplianary researchers with who you can connect and exchage ideas to develop new curriculum on a range of subjects.
2. Learning Management System where you can develop and store new curriculum, and develop a planned course content. This includes teaching via Adobe Flash based PPT slides, online quizes, self paced course.
The learning management system also allows you to upload recorded courses and/or teach live courses to students.

3. Forums where you can post your ideas or read through previous discussions to gain ideas. You can also start new forum categories if needed. Eventually, the forum will include seperate categories that are dedicated to students and parents. Experts will have full rights to all these forums. The experts forums will be restricted to experts who are invited to be part of the expert community.

4. Online Meeting (Coming Soon) This will be integrated with the learning management system. This feature allows you to setup online conferences with other experts, and includes a shared virtual whiteboard to ideate. This will also have ability to upload documents and material in a variety of formats (word docs, ppt slides, adobe flash, pdf) etc.

5. Blog - Individual blogs, that you can customize with your templates and plugins. These are made available from wordpress.com, the premium blogging resourse online. Akshar Amrit’s blogs also will have ability to have community blogs, where a team of experts can create and blog on a central idea or theme together.

All these resources are available to registered Experts / Researchers.
